We’d previously wrapped two of their minibuses, so when they came back to us to work on one of their vans, we already had a good sense of their brand and what they wanted to achieve. The goal was clear: create something lively and full of personality that would turn heads on the road while staying true to the zoo’s identity.

The van arrived as a blank white canvas, ready to be transformed. Our design and production team got to work using Kirkley Hall’s new livery artwork, which was a bright, animal-inspired design that captures the spirit of the zoo perfectly.

Once printed on high-quality vehicle vinyl, our installers got down to the hands-on work of wrapping the van. It’s a process that takes skill and patience, even the smallest detail can make a big difference to how the final result looks.

Despite the detailed design, the whole job was completed in just two days. The transformation was instant and the design was colourful, professional, and impossible to miss.

For Kirkley Hall Zoo, the finished van was exactly what they wanted vibrant, fun, and unmistakably theirs. It’s already getting plenty of attention on the roads around Northumberland, turning everyday journeys into a rolling advertisement for the zoo.

This project was a perfect reminder of how much impact the right signage can have on a vehicle and how a brand is seen out in the real world.
