We started by surveying the grounds to see what was already in place and where new signs were needed most. The project included everything from welcome and directional signs to safety warnings and emergency access points. A lot of thought went into positioning — you’ve got staff moving quickly between departments, patients arriving for appointments, and visitors who may be there for the first time.

 Most of the signs were made from aluminium panels fixed to post systems, built to last and easy to maintain. We also produced building fascias using aluminium trays, speed limit signs with reflective vinyl, and a number of acrylic plaques with chrome fittings for entrances and offices.

Hospitals are always busy, so timing was key. We worked around visiting hours and shift changes, installing in sections so we didn’t block access or interrupt patient care.
