Project Overview
The project included external and internal signage across the new facility. The key elements were:
- An illuminated fascia sign to improve visibility.
- Window graphics to provide branding and privacy.
- Door and wayfinding signage to help patients move through the space with ease.
All signage needed to follow the Trust’s existing style guidelines, offering a familiar and accessible environment for all visitors.
Solutions Provided
Our team delivered a tailored signage solution that included:
- Illuminated Fascia Sign – Installed using an aluminium tray with built-up, face-illuminated letters, delivering a professional finish.
- Matt-Laminated Window Graphics – Full-colour, matt-laminated vinyl graphics designed to deliver privacy enhancing the centre’s branding.
- Wayfinding and Door Signs – Made using grey acrylic panels with white vinyl text, matching NHS signage used across other Trust sites and allowing for future updates.
Challenges Faced
Time sensitivity was a key factor in this project. We worked to tight time slots and completed installations outside of shopping centre hours to avoid disruption to shoppers and other trades. Working in a live retail environment adds pressure, but with clear planning and good communication on-site, we were able to meet deadlines without delay.

The illuminated fascia sign stands out and the clear, consistent internal signage supports smooth navigation for patients.
