Birketts LLP, a Top 100 UK law firm, approached Signs Express (Norwich) as they prepared to move into their new Norwich office at Kingfisher House, part of the St James Place business quarter. They needed a full suite of signage to brand the new premises, improve wayfinding, and create privacy for glass meeting rooms — all within a short timeframe so the building was ready for staff and clients.

The client required a package of external signage, internal branding, directional signs, and window graphics that would reflect their professional reputation, align with their brand, and enhance the visitor experience. The signage also had to integrate seamlessly with the modern riverside office environment.

Solutions Provided & Role Details

We delivered a comprehensive signage package, including:

  • External signage for Kingfisher House to provide visibility across the St James Place site.

  • Reception signs to give a professional and branded welcome.

  • Wayfinding signage throughout the building for clear navigation.

  • Privacy window graphics for eight glass meeting rooms, balancing confidentiality with design.

  • Wall decals to reinforce Birketts’ brand identity within the workspace.
    Additionally, we supplied external signage and graphics for Jarrold & Sons at the St James Place site entrance.

The biggest challenge was the tight turnaround. The client needed the office ready for staff and clients immediately after building completion. By using our in-house wide-format printing and experienced installation team, we kept the project on schedule without compromising on quality.
