We are looking for an ambitious, highly organized, process-driven Office Administrator to assist our team of directors with key administrative support. The role is pivotal in managing and structuring the workload of the senior team.
It would suit individuals who are outgoing, confident, extremely organised, methodical, able to prioritise, plan and juggle competing priorities to ensure workload and key activities are delivered on time. You would enjoy being busy, managing large volumes of work and enjoy plenty of interaction with customers and team members to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly. You would be eager to learn about the signage industry and be driven to deliver results/outputs.
The role effectively encompasses providing direct director support, working closely alongside a director to manage their calendar, workload and activities to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.
