Our Work
HERMES
When Parcelnet rebranded to Hermes and moved into a new, modern premises, they wanted signage that would bring their new identity to life. The aim was to develop something clean, confident, and instantly recognisable. Branding that made a statement from the moment people arrived.
To make that happen, they turned to Signs Express Manchester.

The Brief
We’d worked with Hermes on several smaller projects before, so when it came time for a full rebrand and relocation, our team was ready to help. This time, the brief was much broader — to design, produce and install a full suite of interior and exterior signage that would express the new Hermes brand across the entire site.
The project required building fascia signage, monoliths, wayfinding, car park signs, and interior wall graphics. All signage had to be consistent, on-brand, and durable enough to maintain its finish long-term.

Our input and materials used
Outside the new building, we installed a large Hermes logo fascia sign. To complement the fascia, we added vertical stainless-steel lettering to the concrete pillars.
To complete the external package, we also installed:
- Two aluminium monolith signs positioned at key entrances
- Fifteen panel and post signs to guide staff and visitors around the car park
All exterior signage was created with high-quality, weather-resistant materials to ensure its durability for many years.
For the interior signage, we used etched glass manifestations with translucent film to reinforce the Hermes branding while maintaining light and privacy. Alongside these, we installed full colour printed wall graphics and custom wallpaper murals, transforming spaces into vibrant, branded features that reflected Hermes’ energy and personality. The overall result was a workspace that was both professional and engaging.

A collaborative approach
Our team worked closely with Hermes’ project managers throughout the project to ensure a consistent, high-quality result. Colour, finish and fixing methods were carefully considered to match brand guidelines and create a seamless visual experience throughout the site.
By combining creative design, technical expertise, and precise installation, we delivered signage that tied Hermes’ new visual identity with their modern office environment.

Our Testimonial
For us at Signs Express Manchester, this project was a perfect reminder of just how important signage is in a rebrand. It’s the most visible expression of a company’s identity — the element that quite literally puts your name on the building.
Watching Hermes’ new space come together was incredibly rewarding. From the crisp fascia lettering and polished steel pillars to the colourful interior wall graphics and glass manifestations, every sign worked together to create a space that feels unmistakably Hermes — confident, professional, and full of life.
