Cardiff’s Afghan Cuisine Launch
When Afghan Cuisine opened a new restaurant in one of Cardiff’s busiest areas, they needed signage that would help them stand out against strong competition. With no existing signage in place, they turned to Signs Express Cardiff to create a bold shopfront that would make a lasting first impression.
Our Solution:
We designed and installed a custom fascia sign tray with built-up, internally illuminated letters, using premium materials for a durable, high-quality finish. To add impact, we also produced an illuminated circular sign, designed to complement the main fascia while drawing attention from passers-by day and night.

Stannah - Signage for New Andover Facility
In 2024, Stannah approached Signs Express during the build of their new factory in Andover, requiring standout signage to reflect their brand. The project included a 10m-wide illuminated external sign and two large illuminated monoliths for site navigation.
Our Approach:

The external sign was produced using spring flex letters, powder-coated in Stannah’s brand colours, with translucent faces for even illumination.

The bespoke monoliths featured built-up logos and fret-cut wayfinding details, carefully designed to suit the site layout and maximise visibility.
Challenges: Installation required specialist equipment including access machinery and a HIAB for transport and positioning. Despite delays caused by bank holiday traffic, the project was delivered on time.
The Result:
Stannah’s new site now benefits from highly visible, brand-consistent signage that enhances both identity and navigation.

Daygard Logistics Group
When Daygard Logistics Group established their new facility in West Thurrock, they wanted signage that would make a strong first impression and reflect their professional brand. With a grand opening approaching, they required a fast turnaround and trusted Signs Express Basildon to deliver.
Our Solution:
We designed and manufactured two large aluminium sign trays with built-up letters mounted on brass locators, ensuring durability and a premium finish. Our in-house team managed artwork, fabrication and installation, using truck-mounted access equipment to fit the signage safely and professionally.
