Flex Face Signs: Big, Bold & Built to Last
Flex face signs are designed for large sites where you need strong, visible branding. They are often used on retail parks, warehouses, sports grounds and office buildings because they can be seen clearly from a distance.
The system uses a light aluminium frame with a PVC skin stretched tightly across the front. This creates a smooth finish without joins. Signs can be made non-illuminated or fitted with LEDs to keep them visible at night.
They’re durable and practical. The lightweight frame makes installation simpler, even at height, and the PVC skin performs well in bad weather. A key benefit is flexibility—the skin can be replaced if branding changes, without replacing the whole sign.

High Level Signage with the regal touch!
The Challenge:
Elstree Studios needed large-scale, high-level advertising signage to promote Netflix’s The Crown (Series 2). The sign had to create maximum impact, be visible from the nearby Tesco car park, and allow for future reuse when promoting other productions.
Our Solution:
Signs Express Harlow recommended a flex-face system, enabling the skin to be swapped while retaining the frame for future campaigns. The 8m x 6m sign was installed on Studio 9 by a four-man team using mobile access platforms, ensuring precise placement and a secure fit.
The Result:
The project delivered a high-impact, durable signage solution, meeting both the immediate promotional needs for The Crown and offering long-term flexibility for future productions at the historic Elstree Studios.

As a new retailer in Harlow, VFM Home Living needed standout signage to establish itself as a value-for-money, premium furniture brand. With only three weeks between lockdown restrictions lifting and store opening, speed and impact were critical.
