Tree Line Dental Suite New Practice Signage
The Brief
Tree Line Dental Suite approached us as they prepared to open a brand-new practice in Lincoln. Having worked with us before, they were keen for this site to reflect the same high-quality signage we had delivered across their other locations.
Consistency was key. They wanted patients to instantly recognise the brand, no matter which practice they visited.
With a CQC inspection on the horizon, timing was tight. To keep everything on track, we planned the project in two clear phases, making sure the essential signage was in place first, ready for inspection and opening. Getting that balance right early on made a big difference to how smoothly everything came together.

Phase One - Pre-Inspection Installation
Ahead of the inspection, our focus was on getting the core signage installed - everything needed to present a professional, fully operational environment from day one.
This included:
Main external sign with 3D letters and logo
Feature neon sign
Acrylic signage
One thing we were particularly mindful of at this stage was how the site would feel on arrival. By the end of phase one, the practice already looked established and ready to welcome patients. The branding was clear, the visibility strong, and internally everything was easy to navigate, exactly what was needed ahead of assessment.
Phase Two - Completing the Site
Once the initial requirements were met, we returned to complete the remaining elements of the signage package.
This second phase included:
Additional neon sign
Non-illuminated tray sign
Extra door plaques
With these final pieces in place, everything started to feel fully joined up. The site aligned seamlessly with Tree Line Dental Suite’s wider brand, matching their other practices and creating a consistent experience across locations.
The Result
The finished installation gives the practice a sharp, contemporary look both inside and out.
More importantly, it feels consistent. Patients visiting the Lincoln site are met with the same standard of branding they would expect from any Tree Line Dental Suite location. It reflects where the business is now growing, but still very focused on quality and how they present themselves.
