Office Fit-Out for Fairstone Financial Management
Signs Express Leicester & Loughborough were approached by a commercial fit-out specialist to provide a range of signage products for their client Fairstone Financial Management for their offices in Leicester and London.
Fairstone Financial Management offer specialist, independent financial advice and planning and are the number one wealth management house on Trustpilot.
The brief
The brief was to provide professional signage to brand the interior and exterior spaces of their offices and enhance the working environment. All signage needed to align exactly to Fairstone Financial Management’s brand and corporate colours.
It also needed to be functional – to help guide staff and visitors around the site, provide privacy to meeting rooms, and ensure the building complies with government accessibility regulations around window manifestations.
For the Leicester office we provided…
External signage –
We installed flat-cut lettering and Fairstone’s logo high on the building exterior. Mounted on discreet locators, the signage creates a clean, raised finish with minimal visible fixings.
Positioning the signage at height makes the brand easy to spot and helps visitors identify the office quickly.
Internal signage –
Inside the Leicester office, we installed window manifestation for the meeting rooms, CAD-cut window frosting for meeting room names and translucent decorative privacy panels. We also added CAD-cut wall graphics.
The room names make each meeting space easier to identify, while the translucent panels provide privacy without completely closing off the glass areas.
For the London office we provided…
Internal signage –
For the London office, we used frosted window graphics and manifestation across the glass meeting pods.
The graphics clearly identify each pod, helping employees and visitors find the right space. Frosted sections also add privacy while still allowing light to flow through the office, creating a practical and professional finish.
The finished result
After a visit from Signs Express Leicester & Loughborough, both offices are looking smart and professional and announce the company’s message to staff and visitors alike. From the internal frosted window graphics to the external signage, we were delighted to help Fairstone Financial Management achieve everything they were looking for in one place!
