The new look for Blue i Properties was created by one of the company's landlords, Martin Griffiths, who runs a creative design agency based in Mill Banks, DE22. Blue i Properties was founded in 2007 to provide a quality management service for local student lets. The company is now managed by landlords William and Maryvonne Barron and they currently look after more than 140 properties across the region. With more than 35 years' experience in the letting industry, William and his wife, Maryvonne, understand the importance of correctly managing properties – especially those aimed at the student market, who are often young, vulnerable and miles away from home. It can be a frightening (although very exciting) time and the duo like to make sure the students who let their properties can do so safe in the knowledge they have been well looked after and maintained. The re-brand has seen Blue i Properties being brought in to the 21st century with striking colours and eye catching designs.
