Business Development Executive

Come and work for the UK’s largest signs and graphics network, Signs Express! Joining our team in South Durham and Teesside, will give you the ideal opportunity to build on your existing skills and really make a difference, contributing to growing our business.
Salary: £22,000 per year, plus commission.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday-Friday 08.30 – 5.00pm
About the role:
- Pro-actively “on board” larger accounts via targeted activity in identified market sectors
- Develop existing accounts to maximise revenue and profitability
- Re-engage with lapsed customers and make them “live” again
- Attend client’s premises for meetings and/or site surveys
- Develop quotations
- Manage incoming sales enquiries
- Follow up marketing campaigns
- Document all activity in the business CRM system
- At all times ensure we provide industry leading customer services
- Ideally at least one year of sales experience
- Great communication skills
- An enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work
- Good attention to detail
- Full driving licence and own transport
- Ideally good working knowledge of the signs and graphics industry
- Knowledge of sign making processes and associated costs
- Good commercial awareness
