Sign Maker/Print Operative - Nottingham
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Starting on £26k
Working hours: Full-Time, 8am-5pm Monday 8-4.30 Friday
Travel: Driving licence essential

About the Role:
Ideally with some sign making experience but not essential, successful applicants will have a full range of experience of skills, including:
Duties Include:
- Assist in producing and fabricating various types of signage including vinyl graphics, vehicle wraps, banners, and illuminated signs.
- Working with the installation team fitting signage at client locations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety.
- Using equipment such as vinyl cutters, large format printers, laminators
- Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality signage solutions.
- Follow health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment in the workshop and on-site.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Setting up print and / or cut files
- Quality control throughout the manufacturing process
- Weeding and taping of cut graphics
- Applying of vinyl graphics to signage substrate
- Checking off finished jobs
- Sign making, working with a wide range of substrates including ACM, acrylics, metals, wood, vinyl and Foamex, to a consistently high standard.
- And other day to day duties
About You:
- Sign making & print production experience would be an advantage, but full training will be given to the right person.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Computer skills
- Confident with the use of power tools (full training given)
