Production Manager / Sign Maker

We are looking for a Production Manager/Sign Maker to join our busy Signs Express production centre based in Crawley

We are a growing business with an excellent customer database. We also benefit from all the advantages of being a Signs Express franchisee – and working for not just a focused local sign maker, but also the UK’s biggest sign company.

We need an all-rounder capable of fitting, vinyl application and vehicle graphics application as well as knowledge of Illustrator and Omega and a flair for design, plus the operation of wide format printers and plotters. He or she should have knowledge of pricing/quoting and be comfortable liaising with our suppliers. CSCS, PASMA and IPAF cards are not essential, but would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will have some experience of running a small production unit and will work well under pressure. He or she will understand the importance of high quality customer service in differentiating us from our competitors, will be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, be able to motivate staff and be a good team member (with the emphasis very much on the word ‘team’).

Full clean driving licence essential.
