With all the publicity surrounding hospital infections Blackpool Victoria Hospital decided to tackle the issue head on.
By using Leeming Creative Communications to come up with an effective campaign to raise public awareness of hygiene at the hospital, the team called upon the expertise of Signs Express (Warrington) to help deliver the campaign.
The campaign included a range of signage from internally illuminated flex face signs and 400 reverse printed acrylic wall mounted signage panels to 80 floor graphics fitted across wards and in high footfall areas.
As a direct result of the campaign Blackpool Victoria Hospital saw cases of MRSA drop by 80% and C Diff drop by 20% in the first 12 months.
